Waterview Gem's Florida Villa is a vacation in itself! This vacation home features 1 large heated pools ($). Catch and release fishing in backyard.

You won’t find another vacation home with a pool as large as this just for all to enjoy. You would have to stay at a resort to find anything comparable and resort pools are shared by everyone.

The main pool depth ranges from 3 to 6 feet. Both pool and the spa have lights for a night time swim. The 13 X 9 foot Lanai (covered patio area) adjoining the villa is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy breakfast. Lay back in the private screened in pool area on one of many cushioned loungers. The pool deck gets sun all day long!

We understand the importance of cleanliness. We are following all CDC guidelines on Sanitation and Disinfection. We are also using approved chemicals during the cleaning process. The safety of our guests is always top priority!

Pool Deck: The large pool deck provides plenty of room for everyone to recline around the pools and spa while enjoying the Florida sunshine. Lounge in resort style comfort and complete privacy. Our lounge chairs all have cushions for your comfort.

Entertainment Areas: The living room has a vaulted ceiling, down filled furniture (1 sectional and a 2 accent chair), and a 65 LED SMART inch with custom designed entertainment center and lighting .
Cable in also in living room as well.

Whether you are finished park hopping for the day or just taking a day to relax with your family, you will enjoy the pool, spa, and Game Room, which has plenty for all ages that is safe.

This vacation home boasts a 65" Smart LED TV and 50' LED SMART TVs in EVERY ROOM. Every bedroom has a TV, totalling 7 TVs in all! Everyone can watch just what they please.

Loft: Children can cuddle up with a child sized (3 foot) in our cozy upstairs Fairy themed loft while they watch their favorite cartoons or Disney movies.

Six Bedrooms: All linens are provided.

King Master Bedroom # 1 - The main Master Suite is fit for SPA DAY, with a king size bed, a 55 inch LED SMART TV and Ensuite fitr for spa with 12 FT Wall in shower. This Suite is perfect.

Sleeping Accommodations: 1 king beds, 1 Queen bed,3 Full beds, 5 Twin beds, 1 pack and play. This provides great flexibility and room for 15 guests . There is a bed for everyone, unlike many 6 bedroom homes that require 2 people to use a sofa bed.

4 Full Bathrooms: Hand held shower sprayers on all showers and tub/shower combinations, bath towels, and hair dryers in each bathroom.


Kitchen Amenities: This vacation home comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, even Plastic dishes,cups, silverware just for kids. In the kitchen you will find a full sized refrigerator/freezer (with ice-maker), electric stove, dishwasher, and microwave. There are also kettle, 1 coffee makers, 4 slice toaster, electric can opener, and a blender. There are two of the small appliances to make your mornings faster, allowing you to get to Disney sooner!

You will find an ample supply of cutlery, dinnerware, serving dishes, pots and pans, and utensils.

For your children’s safety and to comply with Florida law, there are alarms on all doors and windows that lead to the pool and spa area.
