Premier's Management & Homes is a professionally licensed property management company serving Central Florida’s most popular vacation communities with offices located in Central Florida. The company has been in the business since 2015 however, it came under a merger with in September, 2017. Jean & Henry the current owners are very "hands on" and supported by a great team of professional staff with a wealth of experience in all aspects of the industry. Premier is a member of the Central Florida Vacation Rental Management Association, BBB and are proud to be one of the few companies to have attended and passed the associations accreditation course.
We are fully experienced in all aspects of managing homes both as short term rental and private second homes to make your owning a home in the sunshine state a stress free experience. Great importance is placed on personal service and communication skills with our homeowners and guests, who are located around the world, the team are always aware that for our owners we are taking care of their home from home or investment and for our guests to experience the vacation of a lifetime. We place our emphasis on attention to details and are constantly introducing new services to set us apart from our competitors. Premier staff are available seven days a week in all the resorts where we manage homes so that we may give prompt and efficient service to all.
