When you're ready to get out and explore the area, you certainly won’t have to venture far to find the best that Kissimmee has to offer! A trip to Kissimmee is not complete without a day spent at Disney World, Universal Studios and Seaworld, and this house is within 5 minutes of it all! Additionally, you’ll be 45 minutes from Legoland. During your stay, you may also enjoy visiting the local shops and restaurants. Whether this is your first trip to the area or the continuation of an annual tradition, you’re sure to have a memorable stay at this fantastic Kissimmee vacation rental home!
FACILITIES
Living
The main living room has big plush sofas with flat screen tv 65" SMART, ceiling fan and set in an open plan area with the dining area and kitchen with large quartz island. Upstairs there is another living room with sofa, and large 60" Smart TV.
Kitchen
Kitchen - hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, iron & board, toaster, coffee maker, food processor, juicer, liquidiser.
China plates and cups for 14 people plus plastic plates, dishes and cups for outside use.
The laundry is situated next to the kitchen and has a washer, dryer, iron and iron board.

The kitchen has a table which sits 4, bar sits 5 and the dining room table sits 10.

This house was great ! Looks just like the pictures and Jean was very helpful with questions and concerns. Universal studios is about 30 minutes away from the house , which didn’t seem that long while driving . The house is right by Walmart so getting groceries for Christmas was easy . Each TV in the house is a smart tv which was a huge plus . We had a great time !

We were lucky that we got to be first to stay in the house post renovations. There is beautiful tiled floors throughout the entire house. A new white open concept kitchen overlooking the main floor living room and 75” smart tv - set up with Roku (so yes, you can login into your accounts for Netflix, Hulu, etc.), which I and our kids prefer to cable. But don’t forget to log out of your accounts. The kitchen counter has plenty of chairs where we hosted breakfast each morning and then a nice dinning room perfect for family dinners. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and it’s own bathroom and a second bedroom themed as Frozen with two twin beds with a bathroom close by. This bathroom was perfect for pool time and not having to go upstairs. There are new laundry washer and dryers prior to entering the garage which is set up as a game room. The second floor has it own living room and yes, all rooms had a smart tv so you can access your TV apps anywhere. Each bedroom is nicely decorated, on the left wing you have a full master bedroom suite and a queen bedroom with its own bathroom. On the right wing of the house you have two twin bedrooms with a jack and Jill bath and another master bedroom suite. The pool was fenced and screened in. There is even a hot tub/jacuzzi attached and plenty of outdoor furniture to sit in. Communication with Jean was excellent. She responded in a very quick manner and even had someone come clean the pool within the same day. Overall, we were very pleased with house so much so that we stayed in it more than doing the nearby attractions. Disney is only 15 minutes away, the Orange County Convention was only 20 minutes away and I-4 was only 10 minutes away, which connects you to anything else you need in Orlando. Location was perfect! As for amenities, the kitchen is fully stocked (couldn’t find a frying pan, but I’m sure they can add for future guests), and there are plenty of towels throughout the house. Even if there is something you can’t find, there is WalMart within a 5 minute drive. We loved the house and our host and we hope to come back soon!
